I have never been on a cruise, it is not my cup of tea. I prefer to muck in and get to know the people and cultures of the countries I visit. On saying that I have many friends who swear that now they have been on a a cruise they will do nothing else but cruise. They loved the way they could relax or do sport or whatever they wanted when they wanted yet they could still be pampered and treated like royalty 24 hours a day if they so wanted.
